Your use of the Extension is subject to our Privacy Policy, including the Browser Extension section. You can disable "Session Memory" to prevent storage of browsing context. You can use the Extension as a guest without creating an account. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
The Extension requires an internet connection to function. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all websites or browser versions, or continued support for specific features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time with reasonable notice when possible.
The Extension may automatically update to provide new features, security patches, or bug fixes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
These terms apply to your use of our AI-powered character creation features on the Platform.
When you use our character creation tools, artificial intelligence generates content including character names, personalities, descriptions, artwork, and story elements based on your inputs. We use third-party AI services including Google Gemini (Vertex AI), OpenAI, and other providers to generate this content.
AI-Generated Content Notice: Content created through our character creation tools is generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs, may not reflect the views of Varie.ai, and may unintentionally resemble existing works or characters. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. Varie.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.
You may publish characters to make them publicly discoverable on the Platform. By publishing a character, you:
You retain the right to unpublish or delete your characters at any time. When other users collect your character, they receive a limited license to view and interact with that character within the Platform only.

We may review user-generated content for compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, and report illegal content to appropriate authorities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Varie.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: content you create or publish on the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your use of AI-generated content outside the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create characters on our Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use these features.
